Assist the users to solve their problems using self-serve online chat and give the response to any questions asked by that user by getting the best match/answers. The specific use cases were: The application must give the response to the user if the user’s question/intent is a 50% match to the question which already exists in the system The key dimensions for response were: -- Relevancy -- Response time.
Our Solution
Our Specialized knowledge in developing AI/ML space allowed us to quickly assemble a team of 2 developers who started working for the client and started understanding the workflow of the product. We fixed all the critical above-mentioned functionality by developing an application that analyzes the user’s request to identify the user intent and to extract relevant entities. Eventually, we delivered a very satisfactory result for our client in terms of Functional and Coding perspective.
